We all are aware to protect our food . Every day we need food at proper time .If we will not get food at right time we are become energy less.Today everyone has to be run to earn money .Money is the real sauce of life .If money is not there our life become very unhappy . Without money living in this world we can’t imagine. How much we will earn money that also not getting sufficient through out our life. So we must have to learn to save the money / There are a lot of ways to save the money .
Suppose you are going to the nearest place if you can go by walking then, you will go by walking to save your money. If you have to go doctor for simple pain then you can use their home remedies & save money. This is also one type of saving . If you want to save money for food then learn that, how to use left over food in a good way? So that it can’t affect on your body, health & mind also . Or you can’t throw left over food. Ready food.
We know that today food also become so cost that we have to keep balance in our monthly budget . If there are left subji’s of afternoon I am making khichadi [khaman] of it at night .Adding some fresh vegetables, Marsala’s & whatever may be leftover afternoon food adding to it .That is it may be Pithala, any subji, etc New Khichadi become very very tasty & we didn’t feel that it is a stale or left over food.

We have nice chapati’s which I have made last night , today I have decided to make it’s excellent POHA .

Ingredients

3 servings
  • 6Left over Roti’s Whatever you have left or
  • 50 gmpeanut
  • 1/2 cupGram nut
  • 7-8green chilli
  • 1-2lemon
  • 2 tbspsalt
  • 1 tbspsugar for taste
  • 1 tbspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tbspred chilli powder
  • turmeric powder 1 teas
  • 1 tbspcumin powder
  • 1 tbspmustard seeds
  • curry leaves 4 to 5
  • 10 mloil
  • 1 pinchhing

Steps

    Take the left over chapatis

    Make pieces of it & grind it in the mixture as like Poha

    Add garam masala, salt, chilli powder, sugar, lemon juice to it.

    Mix it well.

    Keep the pan on the gas, pour oil to it. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds & wait to splutter it.

    Now add green chilli, onion, tomatoes, peanut & saute it well.

    Add slowly all roti Poha’s to it. Stir it well & keep lid on it to get steam.

    Keep it for 2 to 3 minutes to get steam

    Now serve it with coriander.
