  • 500 gmwheat flour
  • 250 gmsugar
  • 100 gmrefined
  • 1/2 teaspoonsoaf
  • as neededRefind for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind the sugar

  2. 2

    Mix the ingredients refind, wheat flour, grind sugar, soaf

  3. 3

    Make a hard dough from mixed ingredients

  4. 4

    Make round bolls from dough and roll it

  5. 5

    Cut into as you wish shape

  6. 6

    Heat some refind for fry in pan

  7. 7

    Fry it

  8. 8

    Then serve it with butter
