For stuffing...in a pan add desi ghee after heated up add khoya and stir it until slightly changs it's colour..then take it out in a plate.

Now in the same pan add 1 tbs ghee and roast all the dry fruits..

Now after cool down dry fruits..put them in a mixer jar and churn into coarsely powder..

Now mix these nuts with khoya including powder sugar and cardamom powder too and mix well.

Now for sugar syrup add 1 cup sugar and half cup water in a pan and allow it to boil..after one boil comes keep your flame upon slow for another 5 to 7 mins..add cardamom powde,mix well..and switch off the flame.

Now for the outer layer take 1 cup maida in that add 1/4 cup ghee or oil for moyan..mix well with hand and make a little hard dough..rest it for 15 mins..

Then take out small balls from the dough and roll in small shape like poori then cut with any round sharp cutter,so that the shape come out perfect round,like this make two pooris.

Take it out one poori at your palm and keep 1 tbs filling upon that now apply little bit water at the edegs and cover with another poori,stick it properly..now with the help of fork make a design upon sides.

With the same procedure,keep all ready.

Now heat up a pan with oil at medium heat..and fry them untill becomes nice and golden brown in colour..

Take them out in kitchen towel and pour them in lukewarm sugar syrup for 10 mins..

After that arrange in serving plate and garnish with some chopped pistachio and silver vark.. and enjoy this yummilious sweet..
