Take all purpose flour in a bowl add ghee and mix well and with the help of water prepare a dough keep aside for 15 mins.

Heat the pan add the grated mava and roast it for 5 mins on a low flame and take it out in a bowl and cool down it.

In same bowl add grated coconut cashews, almonds, rasins, sugar and cardamom powder and mix well

Now with the help of dough prepare small puris and fill it with the filling and give chandra kala gujiya shape to it.

Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry chandra kala gujiya On low flame and when it gets light golden colour take it out in a plate.

Then make chashni with 2 cups sugar 1 1/2 cup water boiled it for 10 mins to make 1 string chashni

Drop in hot sugar chasni and leave 10 mins.

Chandra kala sweet ready to eat.
