Ingredients

  • 8 gcocoa
  • 35 gsugar
  • 10 mlcold water
  • 40 mlboiling water
  • 400 mlmilk
  • Ground cinnamon
  • 5 mlvanilla essence

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix cocoa and sugar-add cold then boiling water.

  2. 2

    Gradually bring to the boil and allow to boil for about a minute stirring continuously.

  3. 3

    Scald milk and add to the above syrup and beat until frothy then add vanilla essence.

  4. 4

    Pour into mugs and sprinkle with cinnamon...serve hot.
