Break the cauliflower into big pieces and grate it. Put oil in the pan and heat it.

Now add cauliflower, green chilli, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, amchoor powder, red chillies, garam masala and fry it for 2 minutes and cook

Cover and cook on low flame for 6-7 minutes. The cauliflower has become soft. Turn the gas off. Bhurji of cauliflower is ready.
