Mix yeast in milk add sugar and keep aside for 10 mnts

Now knead a soft dough with the flour using salt oil and yeast soaked milk

Rest it till it gets double

Heat oil and temper cumin seeds and bay leaf

Add ginger paste and tomato and stir well

Add salt, turmeric powder,red chilli powder and,cumin coriander powder

Mix well and add curd,sugar and paneer

Mix well and add garam masala powder

Now take the dough divide it into small portions and prepare naan by rolling dough roll and cook on hot tawa
