For sugar syrup:In a pan add 2 cups sugar and add 3 Cups water and mix well and cook for 10 minutes in the medium flame and add elaichi powder when the syrup is little sticky and off the flame..

In a bowl put Mawa and mash it and add Maida and add rava mix well and kneadsoft dough and add baking powder and mix well the dough is ready and make small round balls and keep aside.

Keep oil in the low flame and put balls in them and fry for golden brown colour and put the sugar syrup in them for 10 minutes after 10 minutes take out the gulab jamun in the plate and garnish with chopped almonds.
