First, season the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper, and cook them in a skillet. Once cooked, chop them into small pieces.

Place a tortilla on a plate. Spoon some tomato sauce into the center and spread it out. Add the chopped chicken—use as much as you like, but leave space so you can fold the tortilla closed.

Fold the tortilla over twice, then flip it so the seam is on the bottom to keep it closed.

In a bowl, mix as much tomato sauce as you want to use for topping with curry powder (to taste) and a little ground black pepper. Stir well. Pour this sauce over the tortillas, then add as much shredded cheese as you like—the more cheese, the better.

Finally, microwave until the cheese is melted. That’s it—good, nice, affordable, and delicious for kids.
