Peel your potatoes. Put in a Sufuria, add in the turmeric, half of the black pepper and 25g of water. Boil for 5minutes in a medium heat.

Melt your butter, add in the onions, garlic and rosemary. Cook for 5minutes and remove from fire. Oil the grill pan with the melted butter used to cook the onions. (Note: I used both the bulb and green onions)

Now arrange the potatoes on the pan. Apply butter on them. Then spread the rosemary-onions over them making sure they are on the potatoes and not on the pan. Add the remaining half of the white pepper. And put in the grill, for 15 to 20 minutes.

In heated oil, drop in your sausages and cook them for 3 minutes and turn them and cook for another 3 minutes. Or in a flat pan, heat a little oil and fry your spicy sausages, 3 to 5 minutes one side and turn the other side for the same minutes. Remove from fire, and cover them in an aluminium foil as we wait for the potatoes to cook.

When ready, remove the pototoes from the grill, cover them with an aluminium foil and let them cool/rest for 10 minutes. Then serve with your spicy sausages and a sauce of your choice. You can also steam some cabbage and add to the plate. Enjoy!
