1whole chicken
3Scotch bonnet
Ginger 1 root
1 clovesGarlic
Chicken seasoning 1 half tablespoon
1 tablespoonCurry
Onions 1 bulb
Veg oil
1 tablespoonTomato paste
to tasteSalt

Steps

Cut and wash the chicken

Then marinate the chicken for like 30min to 1 hour

Place a pan on fire, add veg oil, onions, ginger, garlic, tomato puree and allow to sweat a little.

Pour d chicken n stir it for 5 mins.

Add d curry, seasoning

Add water to the chicken, correct the seasoning and allow to cook.
