  • 1/4 kgchicken
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the chicken in a cooking pan,add 2cups of water.

  2. 2

    Add the chopped ginger and garlic and salt to taste.

  3. 3

    Let them boil until ready.

    Serve with Ugali and any other meal.
