Had some roasted turkey breast left over, and a bit of stuffing from dinner last night. Toss it on a piece of toast and cover it with gravy. Skipped the traditional mashed potatoes and went with corn bread stuffing.

  • 1 1/2 cuproasted turkey pieces
  • 1 slicehoney wheat bread
  • 1 cupturkey gravy
  • 2/3 cupcooked corn bread stuffing

    Toast your bread and place on your plate. Put hot turkey on top.

    Top that with stuffing

  3. 3

    Heat gravy and pour over all. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
