This recipe is quick, easy and healthy recipe. It's taste is really good with coconut chutney and tomato sauce.

In bowl add whipped curd, semolina,salt, black pepper and little water. Mix it well and make a smooth batter. Let it leave for 10 minutes.

Cut the bread slices of round shape with cutter or any lid.

Cut vegetables into small pieces.

Now heat a non-stick tawa. sprinkle some drops of oil.Dip the bread slices in curd batter and place it on tawa.

Put some toppings on the slices. Add some oil around the slices.

When it roast lightly then flip the bread slices.and roast it's other side till light golden brown.

Now transfer the bread uttpam in a plate and serve with coconut chutney and tomato sauce.
