Ingredients

  • 7 cupsflour
  • 2butter simas
  • Mince meat 1 kilo
  • 1egg
  • Maggi
  • Spices
  • salt
  • Onions nd pepper
  • 2 cupscold water
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve ur flour nd mix with ur butter

  2. 2

    Add ur cold water nd knead to form a soft dough,close nd keep aside to rest for some minutes

  3. 3

    Wash ur pepper nd onions den grand

  4. 4

    In a pan put ur mince meat,maggi nd spices stir for some minutes den add ur oil,pepper nd onions continue stirring until cooked

  5. 5

    Go back to ur dough nd bring it out,knead on a flat surface nd add ur mince meat den fold it (envelope shape)

  6. 6

    Rub some butter on ur pan nd arrange ur chicken envelope den rub some egg on it nd bake.
