Steps
- 1
Make a very thick paste of the grounded mixed alabo with kuka and potash(kanwa) water.
- 2
Put your water in a pot and allow it to boil. You can put your egg to boil too.
- 3
Throw tiny ball-like shapes of the paste in the water while boiling till you finish all, cover the pot with a slight opening till it boils for like 15 minutes.
- 4
Sieve it in a colander, wash with warm water and serve in a bowl with egg, tomatoes, lettuce, sautéed onion in a little oil, maggi, dry pepper(yaji), lime (or lemon). Ready to eat.
