Soak beans in water for one hour

Do not wash like the regular moi moi.remove from water,add fresh pepper, onions and crayfish and blend

Add seasoning and palm oil,mix thoroughly and wrap with leaf

Its should be cooked after an hour,check constantly to make sure water isn't dried.

Enjoy with pap,custard or garri
