In a pan, fry the onions and bell pepper.

Beat the eggs with the milk and add the salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the egg mixture over the onions and bell pepper.

Allow to cook. Then fill over and allow other side to cook.

Serve with toast and/or a salad.
