  • as neededBoiled kidney beans
  • 1Cucumber cut into cubes
  • 2Onion cut into cubes
  • 4-5Cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cupRoasted corn
  • 5-6Olives
  • as required Ready made nacho chips
  • #DressingIngredients
  • 4-5 tbspOlive oil
  • 1 tbspLemon juice
  • 1 tspChilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp.Oregano
  • 1 tbspchilli sauce
  • 1garlic clove finely chopped
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

    Toss all salad ingredients in a large bowl.

    In separate bowl, mix dressing ingredients.

    Pour dressing over mixture and toss again.

    Add some roughly crushed nacho chips on it.

    In a serving bowl, spread the nacho chips and add salad on it.
