Ingredients

30 minutes
4 puffs
  • 1 sheetpuff pastry
  • Cream cheese, as desired
  • Grated cheddar cheese, as desired
  • Egg yolk for brushing

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Divide the pastry into 4 squres.

  2. 2

    Mix the cream cheese and the cheddar cheese.

  3. 3

    Add about 2 tbsp of the cheese mixture into the puff pastry.

  4. 4

    Close to one side so it forms a triangle.

  5. 5

    Brush with some egg yolk.

  6. 6

    Heat the oven to 150°c. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.

    Serve.
