Steps

Take a container with 2cup of Rice & moong dal wash 2,3 time. Take a cooker with oil & ghee heat it add Cumin seeds, mustard seeds,green chilli,ginger garlic paste,onion fry it add turmeric powder, moonga dal Rice fry it add water,Cumin & Corinder powder,salt,sugar mix it well.

After mixing well make 3 whistles. Serve it ghee, pickle & papad.
