I had fun making these cookies...so colorful
Steps

You can use your hands or a food processor to mix everything by hand

Divide your dough into 2 halves...color one green and the other red... Cover with cling film and refrigerate for about 30 minutes

Take out each dough..roll it out..and place on top of each other..do so on a parchment paper

Gently roll it over into a log and seal the edges

Cut your log

See how good it looks on the inside

Refrigerate for a while.. Before baking

Bake at 170 for about 15 minutes
