First of all daal and rice is soaked into water upto two hours in separate bowl.

Then onion is chopped into small pieces.

Then take pressure cooker add oil then heat it, then put Jeera, Tejpatta, hing after then put chopped onion.

Then put all spices and put soaked rice and daal here.

Then put water, half of the cooker. Then upto four whistles switch off the gas flame and add ghee and serve it chopped radish, few pomegranate, cut pieces of grapes, lemon and mint.
