Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add the whole spices. add the onions. Fry till golden brown.grind the coriander,chilli and mint into a paste, a te paste and Stir well.
Add the tomatoes. Fry till they become mushy. Marinate the chicken with coriander powder, chilli powder,turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste.
Add the marinated chicken. Saute well for 5 mins or till oil releases. - 2
Add rice, salt and water. Mix well.
after 2 -3 whistles, switch it off. Immediately as soon as the pressure releases, open the cooker and stir well. - 3
