Ingredients

  1. 1/2 bowlrice
  2. 1/2 bowlchana dal
  3. To tastesalt
  4. 1 tspjeera
  5. Pinchblack pepper
  6. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  7. 2onion
  8. 2tomato
  9. 1/2small bowl fresh coriander chopped
  10. 3 bowlwater
  11. 1 tbspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, add jeera,saute it.add all vegetable saute 2 minute.

    Now add rice and all spices.

    Add water and close the lid tightly.

    Cooked it for 3 to 4 whistle.
