In a bowl add flour,carom seeds,salt and oil.mix it.now take the required amount of water and make a dough.keep it covered for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan.add asafoetida,cumin, coriander seeds.once it splutters add onion and saute for some times.

After that add all ingredients for filling.mix it very well.cook it for 5minutes on low flame.switch off the flame.let the mixture cool.

Now divide the dough in four parts.roll it in round shape.cut it into squarewith the knife.stuff the filling as the given in picture.

Stick the ends with the help of water.make surethe ends are pressed firmly.fry on low flame till brown.serve it with sauce and green chutney.
