Take rice and dal,soak in water for 30 mins separately.cut all veggies

Put the rice in cooker,add daal,add water

Pour ghee in pan to heat,when hot enough and cumin seeds, turmeric powder,reduce flame to minimums,add onion,green chilli,ginger,add all dry masala,put tomato to fry add cook and add peas, cauliflower all veggie cook well

Add salt,as veggies are frying add rice add dal to add cooker for 1 whistle. Khichdi is cooked and ready

Take Spinach and Blanch for 5 minutes,take spinach put over hung curd add achari masala and sprint it,take khichdi add roll the leaf.
