Marinate the beef with black pepper,cayenne,salt,ginger overnight.

Heat the grilling pan n set heat on medium high. Lightly oil the grill

Brush the meat with oil n place on the grill Cook both sides approx 10 min each.

Keep on sprinkling salty water over the meat as u Cook.

I normally finish by putting mine in a preheated oven @220 degrees for about 15-20 mins
