Add everything except the water in a bowl.

Mix evenly. Then add in the water gradually. Make a thick but still runny batter.

Mix well. Taste test.

Heat the oil in a pan.

Take about 2 tbsp of the batter. Put in the pan. Make sure the oil is hot.

Fry until one side is crispy and golden brown. Turn them around. Fry until golden brown.

Do until everything is done.

Serve with some sambal or your favourite sauce.
