Cut all vegetables in small sizes then heat the pan and boil three cups of water

Put all vegetables except tomato and onion pieces.

Boil for few minutes then keep aside

Now put a pan on the oven

Put ghee in the pan and boil

Now add the mustard seeds and curry leaves,

When it is crackles add the onion pieces fry for a while

Then add the tomato pieces fry for few minutes then add the sooji in the pan then add the green chilli,

Keep stirring and it is continuing for ten minutes till sooji is soft and gives aroma

Then add the vegetables with water mix all, add the salt

Cook till thick.

When it is made add to the serving plate

And serve upma with a hot cup of tea
