Ingredients

  • 1 medium bowl cooked rice / parboiled
  • 5-6florets Broccoli
  • 1 cupcubed carrots
  • 1 cupsweet corn
  • 1 cupchopped spring onion and scallions chopped
  • 6-8 PiecesFresh Tofu / Paneer as prefer
  • 1-2ginger garlic crush
  • 1 cubecheese
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tspchilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp oregano

15minutes
  1. 1

    Heat pan with 1 tbsp oil add onion tomato,ginger garlic crush,saute 2-3 minutes.Keep ready cut veggies and now add all to the onion tomato mix

    Add spices mix veggies with Tofu pieces stir fry,cover cook 5 minutes.heat clean pan add 1 tbsp olive oil,heat add cooked rice mix lightly

    Add veggies in rice mix lightly

    Cook mixed rice 2 minutes,now grate a cube of cheese on the rice,removed in bowl.Garnish with onion bulb and green chillies,tomato wedges on sides
