1tspn mixed herbs
2tblspn olive oil
2tblspn rosemary
1/2 cupflour

1/4 cupcooking oil
2-3lemon sliced

Mix white flour with mixed herbs,salt and pepper coat the chicken pcs

Shallow fry and set in baking tray and add the fresh herbs cilantro, rosemary salt to taste and lemon juice and bake in oven for 45-50 min on 225°

Mix 1 tblspn olive oil salt to taste and rosemary and bake with the chicken for 45-50 min. Lemon chicken and potatoes ready to be served.
