Ingredients

  • 250 gmscauliflower
  • 2potatoes
  • 2green chillies
  • 2 tspchopped green coriander
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspamchur powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Hot oil in a cooker add spices and roast it.

  2. 2

    Now add chopped potatoes and cauliflower,cover the lid take 2-3 whistles.

  3. 3

    Remove the lid mashed the sabji add garam masala,amchur and green coriander.

  4. 4

    Serve with roti
