In a bowl, take the besan (gram flour) ajwain, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, asafoetida or salt added.

Add around 1/2 cup water and mix very well.

The batter should not be very thick nor to thin. If the batter to thick, then add more water.

Add a few drops of hot oil when you keep the oil for deep frying in the batter mix well.

On the chopping board, slice the bread into triangle.

Take the entire sandwich bread in your hand and dip in the besan bread.

Your oil is hot and you can easily slide the besan bread coatd bread sandwich in the oil.

Fry the bread pakore on the medium flame till they are crispy and golden brown.

Drain bread pakore a tissue paper. So that excuse oil it absolutely.

Serve bread pakore with hot or warn with tomato sauce.
