Ingredients

4 sandwiches
  • 8 slicescornbread baked in bread tin
  • 3sliced carrots
  • 1 cupdried cranberries
  • 2 cupscooked,shredded turkey
  • 1 cupmashed potatoes
  • 1 cupgreen beans
  • 1 cupstuffing
  • Baked mac and cheese (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Spread 4 slices of cornbread with mashed potatoes.

  2. 2

    Add turkey, carrots,cranberries,stuffing,and green beans.

  3. 3

    Spread remaining slices of cornbread with mashed potatoes. Place on top of sandwiches.

  4. 4

    Serve with mac and cheese, if using.

  5. 5

    Enjoy!
