1st step base:
1/2 cup butter, melted
I pack crushed biscuits (digestive/Oreo/Marie
- add melted butter to crushed biscuits and mix.
- Spoon them into the base and press against the bottom
- Chill it for 30 minutes. - 2
2nd step caramel:
75g butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 can (397g) Condensed Milk
- melt butter in nonstick pan add brown sugar & dissolve then add condensed milk & stir till a thick golden caramel form
- Cool & Spread the caramel over the base and then chill for about 1-2 hour. - 3
3rd step banana
2 medium bananas, sliced
- place them on caramel layer - 4
4th step cream
250ml whipping cream (chilled)
- Whip/beat the cream
- Spread on banana layer
- Chill for 2 hours - 5
5th step decoration
- Decorate with coco powder or small pieces of any chocolate
- Sever chilled
