  1. 2 cupmango peeled and chopped
  2. 1/4 cupmilk
  3. Sugar as per taste
  4. 1/4 tspcardamom powder

    Wash the mangoes and peel them, remove the pulp cut into small pieces.

    Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend to make a smooth paste.

    Smooth Puree and garnish it with few Almonds or Pistachio pieces and serve it with hot Poories.
