Keep all ingredients ready. Heat the oil in a pan. Deep fry chilli balaka, keep it aside. Season it with musterd seeds, ground nut, termeric, chillis,curry leaves, onions and tomato -saute well untill they are soft. Let it cool for five minutes.

Take poha in vessel, put raw cucumber, coconut, coriander, salt, methikut powder, sqeeze lemon and add tadaka of onion, tomato and chillis. Mix well. POHA is ready to eat. Transe to a serving plate, enjoy with chilli balaka.
