Ingredients

1/2 ltrFull fat Milk
3 tbspBasmati Rice soaked
4-5Cardamom pods
5-8Rose buds dry
2 tbspRose water
2 tbspCondensed milk
as neededSilvered nuts for garnish

Steps

1

Take the soaked rice and add rose buds & cardamom seeds. Add rise water and grind to a thick paste
2

Heat milk and add our rise paste and stir occasionally
3

Add the condensed milk and cook till the lever thickens
4

Serve cold garnished with nuts
