Ingredients

  • 150 gmsoaked chana daal / begal gram
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 2 tbspcumin coriander powder
  • 2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1red chilli
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seeds bay leaf and red chilli

  2. 2

    Add ginger paste and saute until the raw smell disappears

  3. 3

    Add all ingredients and saute

  4. 4

    Add boiled Dal mix sugar and adjust salt

  5. 5

    Remove and serve with puri
