Ingredients

  • 4 cupsCoarsely grinded wheat flour
  • 8 tbspsemolina
  • 3 cupsghee
  • 1 cupjaggery grated
  • As requiredPoppy seeds for topping
  • 1 cupchopped almonds, cashewnut and kismis
  • SomeOil for frying and shortening (moin) into flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry dumplings in oil till golden brown on low flame.

    Now cool it crumble with hands put in mixture jar churn to get smooth texture.

    Now heat ghee in kadhai add jaggery cook till it bubbles add to wheat flour mixture mix properly by adding dry fruit in it.

    Make laddoos when cool slightly top it with poppy seeds serve hot.
