Steps

Take clarified butter/ghee in a bowl.

Now add sugar powder in it.

Mix it.

Now add all other ingredients other then milk in it.

Mix it again.

Now add milk and knead it.

Make smooth dough.

Preheat oven and roll one chapati from prepared dough.

Now cut it in round shape and make holes with help of fork in it.

Now keep them in baking sheet and bake it at 160°c for 15-20 minutes.

Let it cool in wire rack and then transfer it in box.repeat the same process with rest of dough.
