  5. Canola oil/Olive oil
  6. to tasteSalt and black pepper
  7. Pinchoregano

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all veg /herbs and seasoning in pan drizzle with canola oil/Olive oil cover and steam for 3min

  2. 2

    Veg are ready to eat.serve with your meats/chicken or just a side veg.

  3. 3

    Peppers have high Vit.C content and betacarotene....let's eat healthy.
