Take 1 cup of water for ½ cup of broken wheat and boil it.
Once the water gets boiled.Add some salt. Reduce the heat.Add dalia to it and stir constantly.
After couple of minutes switch off the gas and keep it covered for 10-15 minutes till dalia gets cool. - 2
Take a bowl add dalia, carrot, capcisum, onion, paneer, peanuts,ginger coriander
Red chilli powder, salt, garam masala, black pepper, mint leaves, corn flour
Mix it well. Check for seasoning and adjust if needed. - 3
Make a dough and take some portion from dough.Make it a cylinder shape.Take a pre heat pan add olive oil.Shallow dry it with little oil till roll
gets golden brown from all sides.Dalia rolls are ready.Transfer it to
serving plate. Serve it with mint, chutney and sauce. - 4
NOTE –
If there is excess moisture add some bread crumbs, corn flour and plain wheat flour and mix.
It could be used as an party snacks also where you can shallow fry it with regular cooking oil.
