Firstly, take two tandoori chicken pieces, make cuts.

Take the chicken pieces into a bowl.Add all the ingredients of marination and mix the spices without lumps.

Add the chicken pieces into it, mix well and marinate for another 30-40 minutes.

Take a pan, into it add oil, butter and heat it.

Add the marinated chicken pieces into it.

Add the left over marinade all over the chicken.
Cover and cook the chicken for 10 minutes on low flame. - 7
Flip the chicken and cook the chicken on the other side for 10 minutes on low flame.

Keep flipping and cook the chicken on each side until both the sides get cooked well on low flame.

When the chicken is cooked well, take the chicken pieces out on a plate.

Serve them using lemon wedges, onion rings, grated carrots etc.
