In a large bowl sift your flour add sugar,salt and powdered milk and whisk. Add the dried yeast and whisk again create a hole in the middle pour heavy cream crack one egg mix the ingredient till evenly combined cover the bowl with a plastic leather and let it set for 5 mins

Knead the dough for about 20 mins on lightly floured surface till smooth. Cover it again and let it rise for about an hour or till it doubled it size.

Cut the dough into four or as you wish then cover them to rise again

Preheat the oven at 170c Knead each dough and roll them put in the baking pan and allow them to ferment. Crack one egg and brush the top of the dough Then bake for 30 to 40 mins. Enjoy🤗
