Ingredients

2 portions
  • 5-6eggs
  • 4large tomatoes
  • 1large onion
  • Veg oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Ginger (i used powder)
  • Garlic (".". ")
  • Paprika (hoho)
  • Turmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Crack the eggs in a bowl and beat thoroughly

  2. 2

    Fry ur onions into a pan then add chopped tomatoes and cook till thick paste is formed

  3. 3

    Add ur spices gradually while stearing add the grated paprika and let it cook

  4. 4

    Pour in ur eggs and cook till it changes frm semi-solid to solid

  5. 5

    Season with salt and pepper & serve while still hot
