Wash and boil turdal in a cooker in 2cup of watern make dry dal. Take in apan add sugar and mix well till consistancy is thick on a slow flame. Stir continuos.Add 1tspghee and saffron dilute in milk Spread in a thali spread cardammom crushed and nutmeg powder. Let it cool.

Knead a dough with rawa adding 2tb.ghee and make a soft dough. Rest for 10 min.

Make a balls from dough roll in maida and make puri. Now make a ball of tur dal mixture. Stuff in a puri and make kachori shape. Remove extra part of dough press and roll again make thick poranpoli and roast with ghee on tawa in light pink colour both sides.

Serve with mango ras and cream (malai) yummy delicious traditional sweet is ready to serve. Garnish with kesar pista and rose petals.
