Steps

Heat oil in a kadai& saute chap on medium flame.

Heat 1 tsp oil & saute ginger garlic till brown.

Add onions & saute till brown.

Add tomatoes,red chilli powder, salt,turmeric powder & cook the masala for 10 min till oil separates in kadai.

Add malai or cream & cook the complete masala on low flame.
- 6
Add chap.cook for 10min on medium flame.
- 7
Garnished with garam masala & fresh coriander.
