In pan take rice and sago, heat for 2-3min. Now grind into powder.

Now take in a bowl, add curd, salt and water as par requirements, make a batter. Keep aside for half an hour.

For filling in a bowl take all ingredients, and mix well.

Heat a pan and pour the batter, spread it. Apply oil andCook it till brown.

Now flap it, and cook it till brown.

Now fill the filling, and wrap it. Serve it with chutney.
